SECTION 1 -- ADD DESIGN(S) FROM GUITAR STRAPS GROUP 3

Designs can be combined and/or positioned on front or back of strap ("front" meaning part of strap you see when guitar player is facing you; "back" meaning part of strap you see if guitar player has back to you.) Unless otherwise requested, designs will be positioned on front of strap. Special instructions can be entered in the Remarks Text Box at the bottom of this page.

"Plain Black (or Brown) Leather Strap $60" should be selected in the first Selection List at the top of this page before adding designs.

SECTION 2 -- CUSTOM LETTERING AND/OR STUD BORDER

Silver-plated engraved metal letters are 3/4" and all caps. Unless otherwise requested, lettering will read vertical and be positioned on the front of the strap (see SECTION 1 for definitions of "front" and "back" of strap.) The letters will require 1" vertical space per letter.

"Black (or Brown) Leather Strap $60" should be selected in the first Selection List at the top of this page before adding custom lettering.

Custom lettering is $10 + $10 per letter. If adding silver-plated engraved metal letters to guitar strap then...
select "Metal Lettering" here: (or else leave "N/A") N/A Metal Lettering $10

And enter custom lettering here:  
Put cursor in above field and type in all caps the lettering you want on the guitar strap.

And multiply number of letters above x 10 and enter amount here: 
Put cursor in above box and type amount without dollar sign or decimal point-- just enter a whole number. Example, if you need five letters enter "50" (without quotes ) in box above.

STUD BORDER ... To add stud border around lettering (like "ACE"-- right) ... or around entire guitar strap (like "DUFF"-- right) ... or around entire strap without other design (like top pics, this page) ... select from this list ... SECTION 3-- STRAP WIDTH AND LENGTH

STRAP WIDTH

Straps can be made from 1.5" wide to 4" wide, unless strap design requires a specific width.

Select strap width from Item 1 Selection List. It will be + $6 per additional 1/2" for straps over 2.5 inches wide.

NOTE: The studded cross designs SCB, SCW, and SCR require a 3.5" minimum strap width.

Item 1 -- Select strap width:   SELECT STRAP WIDTH 1 1/2 inches 2 inches 2 1/2 inches 3 inches + $6 3 1/2 inches + $12 4 inches + $18

STRAP LENGTH

Guitar straps are made either with a buckle and short adjustment belt on the back end of the strap which gives it a 6" adjustment range...

... OR they can be made as a one-piece, exact length, non-adjustable strap (back end is cut same as front end.)

IF GUITAR STRAP IS FOR YOURSELF: If you have a strap that you use... then get a tape measure, lay out strap adjusted to desired length and measure it button hole to button hole; then either make a selection from Item 2 OR enter your custom length measurement in Item 3 and select strap adjustment option in Item 4. If strap is for yourself but you do not have a strap to measure... then refer to suggested guidelines below and make a selection from Item 2.

IF GUIITAR STRAP IS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE: If you are able to get a measurement of a strap they use... then follow instructions above. If you are not able to get a measurement of a strap they use... then refer to suggested guidelines below and make a selection from Item 2.

Suggested general strap length guidelines if unable to get measurement of existing guitar strap...

These guidelines are for a strap used with an electric guitar or an acoustic guitar with two strap buttons.
If ordering guitar strap for an acoustic guitar with one strap button, then use next longer size.

Item 2 -- Select strap length -- N/A SHORT -- guitar strap adjusts 37 to 43 inches, button hole to button hole MEDIUM -- guitar strap adjusts 44 to 50 inches, button hole to button hole LONG -- guitar strap adjusts 51 to 57 inches, button hole to button hole XL -- guitar strap adjusts 58 to 64 inches, button hole to button hole

OR leave Item 2 "N/A" and complete Items 3 and 4 ...

Item 3 -- Custom length:  
Enter measurement in inches, button-hole to button-hole in above box (put cursor in box and type.)

If you entered measurement in Item 3 above, then complete Item 4

Item 4 -- Custom length adjustment: N/A Exact length strap (no buckle adjustment) Buckle adjustment (strap will adjust 3" longer and 3" shorter)

Example: If you enter "48" for Item 3 and select "Exact length strap (no buckle adjustment)" in Item 4, then strap will be made 48 inches button hole center at one end of strap to button hole center at the other end of the strap. If you enter "48" in Item 3 and select "Buckle adjustment (strap will adjust 3" longer and 3" shorter)" in Item 4, then 48" will be the center adjustment and strap will adjust 45" to 51", button hole to button hole.

NOTE: An extra long strap may not be available as a one-piece exact length strap, but order strap as you want it and I'll let you know if it can be done. Guitar straps can also be made longer than the XL size (additional charge may apply.)

NOTE: If you prefer an 8" length adjustment then select from Item 2 or enter measurement in Item 3, explain that you want an 8" adjustment in Remarks Text Box at bottom of this page, and strap will adjust 1" shorter and 1" longer than indicated in Item 2 list, or 4" shorter and 4" longer to measurement you enter in Item 3. With an 8" adjustment the "tail" will be a little longer and overlap main piece more if strap is adjusted short.

SECTION 4 -- REQUIRED INFORMATION

TYPE OF GUITAR

Confirm type of guitar the strap will be going on:  SELECT ONE ... electric guitar acoustic guitar with 2 buttons on it for the strap acoustic guitar with 1 button on it for the strap

IF STRAP IS FOR AN ACOUSTIC GUITAR WITH JUST ONE STRAP BUTTON THEN READ THE FOLLOWING, OTHERWISE GO ON TO THE NEXT DROP-DOWN MENU (the button-hole selection)...

If guitar has just one strap button, then a tie-on such as a shoelace (not provided) will need to be tied to the strap through the front button hole around the neck of the guitar beneath the strings behind the "nut," which is the piece that holds the strings up and looks like the top fret. The front of the strap will extend out a little further and higher than a strap on a guitar with two buttons (if playing when standing, another 5 or 6 inches in strap length plus the tie-on will be needed), and the front design side of the strap will face more up and less forward or toward someone facing the guitar player, than a strap used with a guitar with two buttons.

Guitar strap button-hole size:  SELECT ONE ... 1/4 inch-- standard-- fits most guitar buttons and strap locks 3/8 inch-- a little bigger-- required for some strap locks Not sure/don't know

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

S/H is $10 for orders mailed within the U.S. and $20 for orders shipped outside the U.S. Orders shipped within the U.S. are sent Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Tracking which takes only 3 days to arrive once sent. Orders shipped outside the U.S. are air-mailed and take about ten days to arrive.
